Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (6oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest.
Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the lemon-garlic mixture over the top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Pair with steamed veggies, quinoa, or a side salad for a complete, nutrient-rich meal.
