How far out can I book my class?
After you are billed you have six weeks to use all of your credits.
What do I bring to class?
You will need grippy socks, Bluetooth headphones and a water bottle.
Do my credits expire?
You will have six weeks from your billing date to use all of your credits. Any unused credits will expire after six weeks and won’t carry over.
How do I upgrade my current membership?
To upgrade your membership for the next billing cycle, simply email us at thehivepilates@gmail.com. There’s no additional enrollment fee- just let us know what you’d like to switch to!
I’m out of credits but still want to attend another class?
No problem! Once you’ve used all of your credits, you can purchase a single session to keep going without waiting for your next billing cycle.
What if I need to cancel a class I booked?
If you have to cancel no worries but you must cancel 12 hours in advanced to avoid being charged a no show fee. Cancelling 12 hours in advanced gives other people the opportunity to utilized your timeslot.
Can I bring my family or friends in the studio?
No, for the safety and comfort of others the only people allowed in the studio are current members.
Are these classes instructor led?
Our classes are kiosk-based, so you can choose the ones that best fit your needs. Some are part of a progressive series that gradually increases in difficulty, allowing you to build strength and skill each week.
When will I be billed, and when do I receive my credits?
Your billing date is based on the day you registered and recurs on the same date each month. On your billing date, your credits will be added to your account, ready to use whenever it works best for your schedule.
Is there a no show fee?
Yes, there is a $10 no show fee that will be charged to your card if you miss your scheduled class time so make sure you get scanned in.
What if I’m going on vacation?
You can use your credits whenever it’s most convenient for you, making it easy to fit sessions into your busy schedule.

How do I get in the studio a session?
Once you arrive, open your app and tap “check in” at the top of the screen- the door will unlock automatically. Please note, access to the studio is available up to 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
