Our Instructor Led Classes

  • Beginner Class

    This beginner-level class offers a welcoming introduction to reformer Pilates, ideal for those new to the practice or returning to movement. The focus is on foundational exercises, proper alignment, and controlled, intentional movement to help build strength, stability, and confidence on the reformer.

    Classes move at a supportive, approachable pace in a calm and welcoming environment where everyone is learning together—so there’s no pressure.

    Instructor-led classes are currently offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00–8:50 AM and are held in a small group setting for personalized guidance. From time to time, we may also offer pop-up classes on Saturdays or additional days throughout the week, so keep an eye on the schedule for those opportunities.

    If this is your very first Pilates class, please be sure to notify your instructor before class begins.

  • Mixed Ability

    This mixed ability reformer class is designed for participants with beginner to intermediate experience. Exercises build on foundational Pilates movements while offering options and progressions to accommodate different experience levels.

    The focus remains on proper alignment, controlled movement, and building full-body strength, while gradually introducing more dynamic exercises. Classes move at a supportive pace in a welcoming environment, with modifications and progressions offered so each participant can work at a level that feels both safe and appropriately challenging.

    Instructor-led classes are currently offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00–7:50 AM and are held in a small group setting for personalized guidance. From time to time, we may also offer pop-up classes on Saturdays or additional days throughout the week, so keep an eye on the schedule for those opportunities.
