  • Beginner

    Starting out with reformer pilates, or it’s been a really long time between workouts? Full body beginner classes are the ideal start for you! Breaking down the exercises further, starting with simpler programing, these classes couples with intro videos will put you in a great position to progress confidently to level 1 or any of the shorter series programs.

    Level 1-Intermediate

    This class incorporates pilates fundamentals and is designed to instill a strong pilates practice ideal for those that are starting out, however challenging enough for experienced member who wish to refine their pilates skills and concentrate on body alignment. A moderately paced class with the emphasis on the classic reformer for a full body workout that can be modified to suit everybody and every fitness level.

    Level 2-Advanced

    This class is designed for those wanting to be challenged and increase strength. A more challenging class than level 1, faster paced, stronger spring choices and more use of props such as dumbbells, ring and a ball. Layering exercise to continue your great pilates burn and building muscular endurance. Guaranteed to increase strength, balance, stability, and control in ways that will enhance your everyday life.

    Prenatal/Postnatal

    These programs are based on current best and safe practices for pregnancy pilates. Note it is recommended to obtain advice from your health practitioner before commencing these, and if you have any pregnancy complications, to seek attention for program alternations that may be required.

    Athletic

    The athletic reformer class takes a contemporary feel and will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. This fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce you to more advanced exercises and the use of apparatus such as dumbbells and jumpboard, ensuring a greater challenge and cardio lift. This class is ideal for those wanting to be challenged athletically with a HIIT style and faster paced reformer class, designed to elevate your practice and extend you beyond your comfort zone for target results. Raise your heart rate and the blood pumping.

    HIIT Hybrid

    In these high energy classes, you will be taken through a combination of mat and reformer exercises for the ultimate sweaty workout. Not designed for those with injuries or pre/post natal! These programs have been designed to shake up your routine and to shift your body into a new gear.

    Active Aging

    Full body reformer program designed specifically for “older” clients who are seeking focuses on:

    -Thoracic Spine Mobility for Neck and Lumbar Spine Health as well as shoulder function.

    -Foot/Ankle mobility for walking balance.

    -Knee and Glute strength for major antigravity muscles, stable base for pelvis, and for Knee/Hip Osteoarthritis .

    -Weight bearing strength and stability through wrists and shoulders girdle for bone density.

    -Neuroprotection and Neuroplasticity.

    Health Care Professional Classes

    In this section you will find programs that are designed and instructed by health care professionals. You can individually select the programs that may apply to you and your area of concern or injury. Some of these programs are designed as part of a series. Where you will build progressively over a number of weeks on your strength and stability, movement and control, endurance and speed, as well as flexibility and mobility. These programs aim to give you the education and confidence to continue exercising with safety and care, whilst improving pain and function.
