Experience the freedom to move when it’s convenient for you, in a supportive and energizing environment designed to help you feel your best. You can choose class times that work for you week by week and focus on the muscle groups you want to target. Whether you’re following a progressive program or doing a one-off workout, every session is designed to meet you where you are — regardless of fitness level or experience. A great thing about this Pilates model is that you can be an early riser or a night owl — whatever works best for you.

Hi, I’m Aspen, the owner and founder of The Hive Pilates.

I created The Hive out of a very personal need. I worked both a full-time and a part-time job, with days that stretched from 8 AM to nearly 8:30 PM. Fitting in a Pilates class that matched my level was nearly impossible. The only classes I could attend were at 5:30 in the morning—and while I made it work for a while, it wasn’t sustainable.

I eventually invested in my own reformer to work out at home after work, but I quickly learned that home workouts came with their own challenges. Distractions like laundry, dishes, and other household chores always seemed to take priority.

That experience made me realize something important—many people face the same struggle. Busy schedules, limited class times, and the need for a space dedicated to you.

That’s why I built The Hive Pilates.

Here, your schedule doesn’t limit your options. You choose the day, the time, and the class style that works best for you. Once you’re here, you have the flexibility to focus on what your body needs—whether that’s building core strength, recovering from injury, improving pelvic floor health, or simply enjoying a full-body workout.
