Glowing Skin Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber (hydrating + anti-inflammatory)
2 Carrots (rich in beta-carotene for a healthy glow)
1 Green Apple (vitamin C + natural sweetness)
1 Handful of spinach (iron + antioxidants)
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice (vitamin C + skin-brightening)
1 Tablespoon of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory)
Optional: 1/2 cup coconut water (extra hydration)
Instructions:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Run everything through a juicer (or blend and strain if using a blender).
