Glowing Skin Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cucumber (hydrating + anti-inflammatory)

  • 2 Carrots (rich in beta-carotene for a healthy glow)

  • 1 Green Apple (vitamin C + natural sweetness)

  • 1 Handful of spinach (iron + antioxidants)

  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice (vitamin C + skin-brightening)

  • 1 Tablespoon of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory)

  • Optional: 1/2 cup coconut water (extra hydration)

Instructions:
